U.S. Firm Builds Electric Car Chargers In Jerusalem

JERUSALEM – California-based electric car operator Better Place unveiled plans on Thursday to build a charging system for electric vehicles in Jerusalem, in addition to a network it has installed in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv.
